What is the class schedule?
AfroRobics classes are currently held every Tuesday at 6:00 PM. Please check the website for the most up-to-date schedule and any special events.
Do I need to bring anything to class?
We recommend bringing:
A water bottle
A small towel
A yoga mat (optional, for meditation portions)

What should I wear to an AfroRobics class?

How long are AfroRobics classes?
Standard AfroRobics classes are 60 minutes long, which includes a warm-up, main movement section, and a cool-down period with meditation.
Where are AfroRobics classes held?
Regular classes are held at the Williamsburg County Parks and Recreation Center. Special events and workshops may be held at different locations, which will be announced on our website and social media.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes, we offer monthly unlimited memberships as well as package deals that include our other wellness offerings like Sarsaparilla tea products and wellness coaching.
What is your cancellation policy?
We request 24-hour notice for class cancellations to receive a full refund or class credit. Cancellations with less than 24-hour notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
How much do AfroRobics classes cost?
Individual drop-in classes are $15. We offer package options including:
5-class package: $65 ($13/class)
10-class package: $120 ($12/class)
Monthly unlimited: $75
